We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, listings, or transactions.

Users manage their own disputes, payments, and outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Ag Assist, including listings, graphics, and text, is owned by Ag Assist or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without prior consent.
